Steve is a co-founder of Throgmorton Associates Wealth Management and has worked in the financial sector for more than 35 years. As a Chartered Financial Planner, he has a wide range of financial knowledge together with a wealth of experience when it comes to delivering solutions to individuals and business owners alike. His professional knowledge is constantly evolving and being updated as the financial markets develop and change.
Being awarded the prestigious Chartered Financial Planner designation by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), makes Steve one of the UK’s leading advisers and assists with his goal of providing high quality wealth management solutions.
Steve’s aim is to develop and maintain long term and trusted relationships with his clients. His clients consist of private individuals, corporate entities, Trusts and Pension Trustees. Both Steve and Throgmorton are highly regarded within the St. James's Place community and he often works with other St. James's Place Partners across the UK who wish to benefit from his expertise for their own clients including advice on Business Planning, Inheritance Tax Planning and Defined Benefit pensions.
Outside of work, family man Steve enjoys tennis and gardening along with having a passion for the sea. He enjoys boating and travelling with his family when they’re able to. Supporting charities is also important to him and he regularly raises money for both Air Ambulance and the RNLI. He is also a life-long fan of Birmingham City Football Club …. but please don’t hold this against him!
